Date range and vessel dimension verification
When a skipper selects arrival and departure dates, the reservation flow checks date conflicts and verifies vessel LOA, beam and draft against approved berths.
Marina bookings / Berth Manager
Bring the dates, vessel, guest and berth into the same booking record. Give the dock office something useful to work from before arrival.
The berth, the dates and the crew in one record.
A marina reservation needs more than a name in a calendar. The boat must fit the berth, the dates must be available, the price needs to be clear, and the crew needs to know where to report. Berth Manager connects those checks to the marina's published inventory.
The online flow is designed for nightly and transient stays. Guests enter their vessel dimensions and dates, review a quote and complete the configured checkout. Owners can then review the booking reference, assigned berth, contact details and status from their dashboard.
In the workspace
Complete the marina profile, approve bookable berths and configure payment onboarding. A private draft lets the team finish setup before guests can reserve.
The reservation connects arrival and departure dates with vessel length, beam and draft. The quoted price includes the configured charges and tax.
Review pending, confirmed and cancelled records. Keep payment status visible, and follow the reservation through arrival and completion.
Worked example / Friday arrival, Monday departure
A skipper asks for a three-night stay. The office needs the vessel dimensions and exact dates before it can decide whether a particular berth is suitable. A picture of an empty place cannot answer that booking question.
| The step | What to do | What to check |
|---|---|---|
| Check fit | Compare the vessel's length overall, beam and draft with the berth's configured limits. | A price for a larger boat does not make a physically unsuitable berth usable. |
| Check dates | Use the requested arrival and departure dates to check the saved inventory and reservations. | Changing dates requires another availability check. The berth's physical status alone is not a reservation calendar. |
| Check outcome | Inspect the quote and then the resulting booking reference, status and payment record. | A pending request, a confirmed reservation and a settled payment are distinct outcomes. Follow the recorded state. |
The setup notebook
A map selection does not reserve a berth. Confirm the dates, vessel suitability, final quote and reservation status before making arrival plans.
Product capabilities
Each reservation links the guest, the vessel dimensions, the specific berth and the calculated price quote into a single auditable record.
When a skipper selects arrival and departure dates, the reservation flow checks date conflicts and verifies vessel LOA, beam and draft against approved berths.
Before checkout, the guest inspects a complete quote showing the number of nights, base berth rate, seasonal or dimension rules, platform fees and applicable tax.
Track whether a reservation is pending, confirmed or cancelled alongside its Stripe payment status, without confusing a reservation request with settled bank funds.
Filter reservations by arrival window, booking status or berth code. Open any record to view skipper contact details, vessel name, dimensions and quoted totals.
Connected roles
Both the visiting boat and the marina office work from the same booking reference, dates and berth assignment.
Enter boat length, beam and draft, pick an available berth from the marina profile, check arrival rules and receive a clear booking reference after checkout.
See incoming boats, assigned berth codes, stay durations and skipper phone or email details in one list before the crew calls on VHF.
Distinguish pending requests from paid online bookings, handle cancellations according to marina policy and generate booking invoices from stored quotes.
A berth's current physical status and its date-based booking availability answer different questions. The booking flow checks the requested stay against the inventory and reservations.
Show the nightly rate, number of nights, fees and tax before checkout. If the server's price has changed, the guest must review the updated amount.
Add office hours, local check-in times, approach notes, marina rules and cancellation arrangements to the marina profile. Keep those instructions current.
Paid reservations require an available payment provider and completed marina onboarding. Booking confirmation, payment settlement and bank payout are separate stages.

Explore a saved layout
Open the Santa Eulalia marina profile, select a mapped place and compare the aerial reference with the cartographic, blueprint and illustrated views. The 3D view uses the same saved place identities and positions.
Mapped places help you understand the marina. Contact the operator for confirmed vessel limits, availability and rates. Buildings and heights in 3D are illustrative.
Before you start
The current public booking workflow is for nightly stays. Do not use it as a promise of annual lease billing, recurring contract collection or contract signing.
Yes. The booking record includes vessel and guest details together with the berth, dates, reference, status and quoted amount.
Availability is checked against existing confirmed and active reservations for the requested arrival and departure dates, and the server re-verifies availability and pricing before confirming checkout.
