These terms govern your use of DockSpot. This is a template — replace with counsel-reviewed text before production.
Marketplace role
DockSpot connects boaters with marinas. The contract for a berth stay is between the boater and the marina; DockSpot facilitates discovery, booking and payment.
Fees
Listing is free. DockSpot charges a platform fee on completed bookings, deducted automatically at payout.
Cancellations
Each marina sets its own cancellation and house rules, shown at booking time.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the platform, attempt fraud, or list facilities you are not authorized to manage.
